What’s in the 12 Week Program?
YES, the 12 week program is back with Individual Ketogenic nutrition plans are made specific to YOU. The majority of my clients (and me) use a High Fat, Low Carb or ketogenic way of eating. I have found it a highly effective way to lose fat and keep it off. Throughout the program I will teach you about getting into ketosis so we are using fat to fuel our body. This, combined with intermittent fasting, has successfully stripped the fat off me and my clients without having to adopt a deprivation mindset. This way of eating is enjoyable, nourishing and sustainable.
Home Workouts
As you progress through the program your body will become fitter and lighter, and it’s important to adapt your routine so you keep moving toward your goals. To ensure continued progress, I encourage daily movement for at least 40 minutes. That can be a mix of structured workouts and active recovery—both matter.
By combining regular HIIT sessions (videos supplied) with consistent walking and recovery work, and updating your plan every four weeks, you’ll stay ahead of the changes in your body and continue to make steady, sustainable progress.
